We are looking for a Special Projects Assistant to join our team.
Job duties include:
- Greets and directs incoming office traffic.
- Responds to telephone/online inquiries.
- Administrative support duties.
- Assist with researching business proposals and agreements.
- Arranges meetings, prepares reports and correspondence.
- Assist with execution of special projects.
- Promotes the NunatuKavut Business Registry.
- Assist with the development of employment eligibility lists for future projects.
- Provides other diverse organizational support to Nunacor.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary diploma or degree, preferably in office administration, business administration, or finance.
- Finance experience is an asset.
- Must have valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
