Public Call for Interest – Upcoming Construction Project

We are sharing an update on the Net Zero Cultural Center project in Mary’s Harbour and inviting construction companies, trades, and suppliers to express interest in receiving information about an upcoming construction opportunity.

The project is moving toward the construction phase, and in advance of releasing a formal construction tender, we want to connect with local and regional contractors who may be interested in learning more.

**This is not a tender or a pre-qualification process.**

At this stage, we are simply inviting companies to register their interest so they can:

• Receive project updates
• Learn about the project scope, schedule, and design approach
• Participate in upcoming information and Q&A sessions
• Decide whether the project may be a good fit for their organization

This early outreach is intended to share information and reduce uncertainty prior to the tender being issued. Participation is voluntary and does not provide any advantage in the future tender process.
