Property Management Services

We collect rent from commercial and residential tenants on your behalf. We will also collect the damage deposit from a new tenant and refund a damage deposit if inspection is passed once a tenant moves out. We will make monthly deposits into your account, issue cheques or disperse funds as per your instruction. We offer semi-annual visual property inspections on all properties to ensure that your property is being cared for. We also complete a visual inspection with any new tenant on move-in and move-out day.
