On August 14, 2013, the NunatuKavut Community Council (‘NCC’) and Tata Steel Minerals Canada Limited (‘TSMC’) announce the signing of a Cooperation Agreement for what is commonly called the Direct Shipping Ore (‘DSO’) Project in Western Labrador.
