Happy Valley-Goose Bay, NL Nunacor and CleanEarth Technologies announce the signing of an Alliance Agreement whereby the parties will work together to seek out environmental contracting and remediation service opportunities within the Labrador region. It is the first time Nunacor has partnered with a remediation company, and this alliance gives Nunacor a competitive edge in a growing industry.
Nunacor and CleanEarth Technologies will carry out their best efforts to provide training and employment opportunities for members of the NunatuKavut Community Council (“NCC”), thereby encouraging and assisting with the development and growth of privately-owned Inuit and Nunacor businesses. In addition, CleanEarth Technologies will work towards maximizing the employment of available and qualified NCC members.
Through an alliance with CleanEarth Technologies, Nunacor will develop capacity and skill sets within the environmental and remediation services industry. Furthermore, the alliance is providing Nunacor, NCC and CleanEarth Technologies with revenue-generating and growth opportunities.
