NDC Fisheries Limited is soliciting proposals from NunatuKavut Fishers in 64′ 11″ and 34′ 11″ categories who are interested in selling their complete fishing enterprise. Proposals may include a wide range of partnership structures such as lease arrangements, etc.

Please include the following information:

• Fisher’s Name
• Individual FIN Number
• Summary of licence quotas & conditions
• Disclosure of any legal agreements or liens
• Asking price and any additional conditions

PLEASE NOTE: NDC Fisheries Limited will only consider proposals which indicate asking price is at a “fair market value.”

Proposals must be received by 4:00 PM AST, January 18, 2013.
