Training Coordinator
The Training Coordinator will be responsible for researching the training needs/requirements of various clients, as well as preparing training plans, preparing price quotes, and organizing training logistics.
Job Duties:
- Research and define the training needs for current & anticipated employees/clients
- Research and compile list of training requirements
- Design a training model for delivery of training programs
- Plan & schedule training
- Arrange all logistical details (venues, bookings, transportation etc.) for training programs & participants
- Promote the training services available
- Perform other office duties as required
Qualifications:
- Post-Secondary Diploma or Degree in Social Sciences or Business would be an asset
- Prior experience with researching, planning and implementing short-term training programs would be an asset
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Must be organized, self-driven, personable & innovative
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- A valid Class 05 Drivers License & access to vehicle is required
Salary range: Commensurate with qualifications
This is a temporary position, with possibility of extension.
