Royal Inn + Suites and Mamattuk are locally owned hospitality brands in Happy Valley–Goose Bay. Royal Inn + Suites is an award-winning boutique hotel, and Mamattuk is our signature restaurant celebrating the flavours of Labrador. Together, we deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We’re looking for a creative Social Media Content Creator to help tell our story through engaging photos, videos, and digital content. This full-time role combines creativity, strategy, and hands-on content creation for both our hotel and restaurant. If you love capturing moments, creating scroll-stopping content, and connecting with people online, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Capture, create, and post high-quality social media content for Royal Inn + Suites and Mamattuk.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar and ensure consistent branding across platforms.
• Write captions, blogs, and digital content that reflect our brand voice.
• Engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful interactions.
• Track social media trends and analytics, exploring AI tools and creative solutions to improve engagement.
• Collaborate with the team on marketing campaigns, events, and promotional initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in social media, marketing, or digital content creation.
• Strong photography and videography skills (portfolio required).

• Proficiency with editing/design tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, CapCut, or similar).
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, HeyOrca).
• A genuine passion for social media, storytelling, and emerging digital trends.
• Excellent copywriting, visual storytelling, and communication skills.
• Passion for food, hospitality, and tourism.
• Openness to experimenting with AI-driven creative tools.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
