Chief Growth Officer – Nunacor

We are seeking a Chief Growth Officer (CGO) who will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Nunacor. This executive leader will be responsible for driving the company’s growth strategy, market expansion, new revenue generation, and customer acquisition. The CGO will collaborate closely with CEO, CFO and the Management Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy that aligns with Nunacor’s long-term growth plan.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, acquisitions, and market expansion.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Oversee sales, marketing, and the business growth department, ensuring cohesive and effective strategies.
  • Implement performance metrics to evaluate the success of growth initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships and alliances to expand our market reach.
  • Manage budget allocation and financial resources in support of growth initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on growth performance.
  • Serve as a key member of the executive team and contributing to the overall direction and strategy of the organization.
  • Represent Nunacor at business development conferences, trade shows and other events.

Competencies:

  • Proven track record of success in a similar executive role, with a minimum of 5 years of senior leadership experience in business growth and development field.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to engage and influence at all levels.
  • Innovative thinker with a focus on creative problem-solving.
  • In-depth knowledge of market trends and industry dynamics.
  • Significant expertise in business plan development and opportunity analysis.
  • Understanding of business structures and financing tools.

Job Requirements:

  • An MBA or similar degree, coupled with leadership experience in marketing, sales, and/or business development.
  • A deep understanding of data analysis and technology, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • A strong business and marketing background, with experience leading teams, identifying growth opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
  • Extensive experience in business opportunity evaluation and analysis.
