As such, any and all information provided to the Centre will be held in the strictest of confidence and will be released to no individual without the expressed consent of the client.
I hereby apply to the NunatuKavut Business Registry for registration as a NunatuKavut Business in accordance with the particulars as stated in this application, and declare that the information provided is true and correct. I have reviewed the NunatuKavut Business Registry Guide. I have read the release and indemnity in the preceeding paragraph and understand it.

I give permission for portions of the information provided above to be made publicly viewable on the NunatuKavut Business Registry website. Publicly viewable information will be limited to:

- Location and Contact
- Description
- Owners/Partners - Name and NunatuKavut Membership Status only
